Linda Walker's Daily Paintings

I have just painted my first daily paintings. As soon as they dry I will scan them and post images of them. They were so fun to do and they have already shown me how much there is to learn by doing them. Contrary to what I thought, the hour that I am taking to paint one small work is like a warm up and I'm spending more time on my larger finished works. I think that it frees my mind up. The one problem I have always had was the limit of subjects I could paint because of the time it takes to paint each subject as a full finished work. These little studies are quickly done and very fresh and cover a lot of territory a far as my imagination goes.
